Powder Coating

Eco-friendly and cost-effective painting solution.

Powder coating is a modern painting method that ‘bakes’ paint onto a surface. The powder is made from resins and pigments and is applied as a dry product through an electrostatic charged transfer process.

Flow Drilling & Tapping

Precise threaded connections for thin wall applications.

Flow drilling uses heat to drill holes into metal to produce a bush. This process has always problematic when using tubular materials as the wall is so thin, particularly where a thread pitch is greater than the wall thickness.
